We are currently looking to grow our talent pool for Environment Artists to help deal with the demands of our new projects! The requirements of an Environment Artist can vary from project to project therefore we are always open to seeing people with different experience and backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality props and modular assets based on project briefs and reference materials. Develop high-quality textures for 3D models. Be available to work in a “live” capacity with our teams (preferably within UK time zones). Requirements: Professional experience creating a range of different props, with a portfolio showing examples of game-ready assets in a variety of styles. Proficient in hard surface modelling, sculpting, UV mapping, and texturing. Ability to create efficient LOD levels and collision meshes. Ability to create trim sheets and tiling textures. Experience working with relevant software such as: Maya, 3DS Max, Substance Painter, ZBrush, Photoshop, Blender, and Marmoset. Experience working with Realtime engines such as Unreal and Unity. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Some experience with organic sculpting. Desirable: Experience in set dressing and level creation in engine is a plus. Experience with Substance Designer is a plus. Experience with terrain tools in Unreal or Unity is preferred, but not required.
