Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to assist our current manager in delivering exceptional service and targets by creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of bartending practices. This role involves overseeing bar operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while maintaining high-quality service.

Responsibilities
* Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
* Help develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
* Help plan and execute events throughout the year.
Skills
* Proven experience in bartending with a strong understanding of beverages.
* Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
* Experience in restaurant or culinary environments is advantageous.
* Experience in leadership roles with organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
