Join our Broadband Technical Team in Birchwood, near Warrington. You will communicate with customers over the phone, handling various broadband technical queries. Whether assisting with simple router questions or more complex issues requiring ownership, you'll support customers throughout their journey.
No specific experience is required. If you're naturally helpful, calm, and good at building relationships, we can train you on the rest.
