Location: South East England, Surrey, Redhill
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and tuition to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning
* Keep accurate records of student progress and achievements
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Specialist knowledge and experience working with students with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises
* Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
* Strong assessment and evaluation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience working in a secondary school setting
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time position with flexible hours
* Work primarily in a school environment
* Potential travel to different locations to provide tutoring services

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
