Courtyard by Marriott Edinburgh West is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
Job Description
As the Night Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable moments for our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception desk throughout the night. This contract is on a 32 hour, 4 days a week basis.
Responsibilities
* Front Desk Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to guests, welcoming them and ensuring a warm reception.
* Guest Engagement: Greet guests with a smile, anticipate their needs, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
* Problem Solving: Handle guest requests, complaints, and challenging situations with grace and efficiency.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the day‑time reception team, providing a full update and handover to ensure seamless experiences.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential; full on‑the‑job training provided.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a bonus.
* A passion for delivering exceptional guest service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
* Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management systems.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as the hotel operates 24/7.
