& Marketing Executive
Join
our vibrant team at PoB Hotels, as a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will
play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth and promoting sustainability
initiatives while fostering partnerships and managing inquiries.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support: Collaborate
with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative strategies to
promote PoB Hotels and its member properties. This includes but is not
limited to digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content
creation, and email marketing.
2. Sustainability Advocacy: Champion
sustainability initiatives across all marketing efforts, highlighting the
eco-friendly practices of our member hotels and promoting responsible
travel. Implement green marketing strategies to attract environmentally
conscious travellers.
3. Sponsorship Management: Cultivate
and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners to enhance brand
visibility and support marketing initiatives. Identify potential
sponsorship opportunities aligned with our brand values and objectives.
4. Inquiry Handling: Serve as a
primary point of contact for inquiries from prospective guests, travel
agents, and corporate clients. Provide exceptional customer service by
promptly addressing queries and assisting with booking arrangements.
5. Sales Support: Collaborate with
the sales team to drive revenue growth through targeted sales campaigns,
promotions, and partnerships. Assist in the development of sales
collateral and presentations to showcase the value proposition of PoB
Hotels.
6. Event Coordination: Coordinate
and support the planning and execution of onsite and offsite events,
including brand activations, trade shows, and industry conferences. Ensure
seamless logistics, manage RSVPs, and leverage events to enhance brand
visibility and engagement.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Track key
performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing and sales initiatives,
providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making. Analyse
market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for
improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
* Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2
years' experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the
hospitality industry. Proven track record of driving results and achieving
sales targets.
* Marketing Proficiency: Strong
understanding of marketing principles and tactics, with proficiency in
digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management
systems.
* Sustainability Passion: Genuine
interest in sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a desire to
integrate sustainable practices into marketing strategies and messaging.
* Relationship Building: Excellent
interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships
with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Previous experience in
sponsorship management or business development is desirable.
* Customer Focus: Dedication to
providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely
and professional manner. Strong communication skills, both verbal and
written.
* Organizational Skills:
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a
fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM
systems is advantageous.
* Creativity and Innovation:
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with a willingness
to explore new ideas and approaches to marketing and sales.
* Passion for Hospitality:
Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, with a genuine interest in
travel, food, and lifestyle trends. Knowledge of the British hospitality
landscape is a plus.
