Our client is a highly recognised Asset Management firm specialising in investment and institutional asset management.
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a Front Desk Receptionist to join a prestigious Asset Management firm. You will be the first point of contact, greeting clients and representing the organisation as guests arrive.
The Receptionist will escort clients to meeting rooms, ensure security protocols are followed, answer incoming calls, and direct them accordingly.
The role includes managing the office diary, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining the reception and meeting areas to ensure they are tidy and presentable.
Additional responsibilities include organising lunches for HR events, interacting with security staff, maintaining office supplies, booking couriers and taxis, and receiving deliveries.
Candidate Requirements:
* 1-3 years of experience as a Receptionist within a Financial Services company is essential.
* Strong interpersonal and telephone skills.
* Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in booking meetings and multitasking under pressure.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook).
* Team player with a flexible approach and sound judgment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An interest in progressing within the financial services sector is desirable.
