Locations and Hours – Rotherham Area We are currently recruiting for a variety of roles across Rotherham, with flexible working options: Weekend Drivers – required to support clients across Rotherham. Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers – positions available depending on availability, to cover all areas of Rotherham. Client matching will be based on individual needs and feedback from service managers following interview. Weekend availability is highly desirable. Walking Rounds – available in the following areas: Wath & Mexborough Maltby Bramley Wickersley Thurcroft Rawmarsh Greasbrough You may be expected to travel between these areas during your shift Job Summary Your main responsibility will be to support individuals in their own homes or in the community. This may involve providing respite care for family carers or supporting clients to develop life skills and increase social inclusion. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting social inclusion and sourcing meaningful activities Assisting with access to employment or education Managing challenging behaviours and situations Writing accurate, factual daily reports Promoting and upholding privacy and dignity Working both independently and as part of a team Supporting individuals with managing budgets and personal finances Encouraging independence in daily living tasks (e.g., cooking, cleaning) Providing personal care, depending on individual needs Note: You may be asked to travel to other service locations within our coverage area.
