A social housing and shared ownership housingpany based in Richmond is looking for a 2-month temporaryplaints Advisor to join their team. This role is to start as soon as possible, and you must be immediately available to start.
Your new role
As aplaints Advisor, you will be responsible for handling escalatedplaints and carrying out investigations intoplex and formalplaints, ensuring the customer is kept up to date on the status of theplaint with suitable resolution. You will work collaboratively with other teams and take ownership to respond to Councillors, MPs and the Housing Ombudsman within agreed SLA times. You will be responsible for identifying any trends within theplaints process, raising safeguarding concerns and avoidingplaints reaching escalation higher up.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you will be required to have customer service experience, ideally handling escalatedplaints within the housing industry. You will be required to handleplaints in an effective and empathetic manner and ensure the customers are provided with the right resolution. Experience dealing withplex case management is desired with CRM system knowledge. You will be able to work well within a team and independently, as well as work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills are required as well as beng able to learn new systems quickly.
What you'll get in return
You will work 36 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 9am – 5:15pm and Friday 9am-5pm. The role is paying £19 per hour PAYE.
