What will I be doing?
You will be part of the South East Administration Team, responsible for handling customer queries and requests through our CRM system.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Delivering excellent levels of customer service at all times.
2. Communicating with all levels within the business to help customers get swift and accurate resolutions to their queries.
What are the requirements?
3. You'll need to be good with people and happy resolving queries and problems. It’s the sort of job that suits approachable, helpful people who can express themselves well. You also need to be professional and efficient – ready to deal with tasks swiftly and accurately.
4. Previous admin experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential. What’s more important is the ability to build strong customer relationships plus basic qualifications: GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) are desirable.
5. Knowledge of the waste management industry would be fantastic but again, this is not obligatory.
