After an initial virtual classroom orientation, you'll be assigned to a branch for hands-on training, learning valuable business skills from mentors who started as graduates. Nearly all our full-time employees began as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.

Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make business decisions impacting your career and the company's bottom line. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining relationships, understanding cost control, reading P&L statements, and delivering exceptional customer service.
We will teach you effective communication, influence, and interaction skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues. You will learn sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management to build relationships with key decision-makers. You will also learn to mentor, train, and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
You must hold a full manual UK driving licence; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities who do not drive.
No drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record within the last five years are permitted.
