Our client, a renowned theatre company, is seeking a talented chef to join their team. The role involves working within their popular theatre, offering coffees and light bites in the daytime café, as well as a diverse restaurant menu and grab-and-go food service.
This position primarily involves daytime hours, and you will be collaborating with a small team across multiple sites.

Due to the nature of the venue, it will be mostly daytime hours, and you will be working with a small team.
What's involved?
As the Head chef you will manage your small but skilled brigade, making sure all aspects of the kitchen are up to the company standard.
You will manage all aspects of the kitchen operations, including inventory control, staff training, and maintaining the highest levels of food safety.
You will work closely with the group head chef on improving the food offering and making sure the menu is seasonal and modern.
