Excellent opportunity for a strong HR/ER Advisor to join a close-knit HR team in a longstanding, public sector organisation.
Within your new role as Discipline & Grievance Officer, you will report into the Head of HR and be the lead officer for the management of staff grievances and investigations. Your responsibilities will range from formulating policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance to colleagues undertaking investigations and grievance meetings, and directly undertaking moreplex investigations. It is imperative the successful candidate has up-to-date knowledge of current employment law.
As Discipline & Grievance Officer, your responsibilities include gathering information and data, conducting interviews and maintaining accurate confidential records. You will be responsible for preparing documentation for, and presenting, at internal and external hearings as required. Associated administrative duties will include drafting letters, preparing statements and reports.
