We are seeking two Community Support Workers to join one of our community-based services in Brinnington, Stockport. Our service aims to provide extensive care, specialist positive behaviour support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community. We work to empower the individuals to take control of their own lives. The main focus is to provide the highest level of support to enable greater independence, choice and fulfilment for individuals. Working Pattern 32.5 hour Hours range from - 9.00am through to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work is also required which is on a rota. Salary £21,406.67 plus enhanced pay for weekend hours of 25% hourly rate. Full time equivalent salary for working 37.5 hours is £24,700.00 (Real Living Wage £12.67 per hour).
