Winner Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator looking to take their next step and join a successful and award-winning team. Winner Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment specialist UK company that has several clients across the UK within a variety of different sectors.
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of one of our newly acquired contracts to ensure that a high-quality, consistent service is delivered to meet client requirements. This role will be responsible for delivering on the KPIs and SLA, working on-site with the client to ensure smooth operation success.
Shift And Salary
* From £27,000 DOE
* 5 of the 7 days, including weekends
* 14:00 to 22:00 - hours can be discussed
Job Description
* Manage contact, recruit for multiple locations, building effective client relationships and operational delivery, both onsite and remotely
* Based on our client's premises - Hinkley
* Overachieve KPIs
* Regularly update Account Manager with risks and potential opportunities
* Build strong client relationships and foster a positive perception of Winner Recruitment
* Fully understand client requirements and ensure consistent fulfillment
* Ensure overall compliance at sites and have contingency plans in place
* Manage workers effectively, including handling absences, pay queries, performance, and retention
* Conduct investigations and disciplinary/grievance procedures when required
* Organize induction processes for new starters, including meet and greets, issuing welcome packs/uniforms, etc.
* Report accurately on accidents and handle any insurance/claim issues
* Maintain a professional and proactive demeanor, portraying the company's values positively
* Be flexible with working arrangements, especially during peak periods, colleague absences, and bank holidays
Recruitment Administrator Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
* Experience in building effective client relationships at all levels
* Proven success in managing and delivering results
* Experience with reporting and forecasting tools
* Strong people management skills, enjoy challenges, and work towards targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Client-facing skills to build sustainable relationships
* Self-driven, proactive, results-oriented, with a focus on quality and profit
* Good judgment and use of initiative
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong leadership qualities to motivate teams
* Analytical and methodical problem-solving approach
* Ability to handle a busy workload, meet deadlines, and prioritize
* Resilient, adaptable to organizational changes
