Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the bar and lounge operation while leading by example.
10. Lead the bar team during service, ensuring exceptional standards at all times
11. Train and develop new and existing team members
12. Assign and oversee opening and closing duties
13. Manage rotas and team hours, planning for future business levels
14. Develop and enhance the drinks offering for guests and the team
15. Actively look for ways to exceed guest expectations

16. Prior experience within 5-star of luxury hotels
17. Experience leading or supporting the management of a hospitality team
18. Strong knowledge of current and emerging bar trends
19. A hands-on approach to training and developing your team
20. Excellent communication skills with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
21. Strong organisation, attention to detail and flexibility
