Overview
Estates Operations Manager needed to join the Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services Ltd estates team to manage all aspects of the operational estates service provided to Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and external clients. The role requires strong team working skills, extensive experience in an Estates/FM environment (ideally in the Public Sector), and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operational estates service on behalf of the Head of Estates.
* Support the team to meet estates key performance indicators and contribute to the department’s cost improvement plans.
* Participate in the future estates on-call manager rota; additional payments will be made for on-call duties where applicable.
Qualifications and Skills
* Extensive experience in an Estates/FM environment, ideally within the Public Sector.
* Strong team working skills and excellent customer service abilities.
