About the Role

Our Sales Associates help customers celebrate life and express love. You will be a Permanent Part‑Time Sales Associate in a team that values outstanding service, product knowledge and a genuine passion for jewellery.

Responsibilities

• Support the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets.
• Build and apply product knowledge as new jewellery lines are introduced.
• Assist customers with enquiries, providing accurate information and personalised service.
• Create memorable shopping experiences for a diverse range of customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer‑first attitude and positive, can‑do mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a varied clientele.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not mandatory.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
