Duties and Responsibilities – Customer Service Executive
* Greet customers in person, by phone, and through online inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
* Respond to customer questions about vehicle availability, pricing, specifications, and services.
* Schedule vehicle viewings, test drives, and service appointments.
* Assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
* Provide information about finance options, warranties, and after-sales services.
* Maintain accurate customer records in the systems and update inquiry details.
* Coordinate with the sales and workshop teams to ensure vehicles are prepared for viewing and delivery.
* Follow up with customers after inquiries, test drives, or purchases to ensure satisfaction.
* Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
* Support marketing activities, including responding to inquiries from online platforms and social media.
* Ensure all customer interactions follow company policies and professional standards.
* Help maintain a welcoming showroom environment and provide excellent customer support at all times.
