You'll advise on a broad range of employment matters, covering both contentious and non-contentious work, including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE, restructurings, employment contracts, policies, and day-to-day HR advisory support. The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and collaboration within a supportive employment team. You'll work closely with a diverse client base, providing clear, pragmatic advice and representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required. There is also scope to contribute to business development and play a role in the continued growth of the firm's employment practice in the Cambridge market.
