Location: Luxury Boutique / Department Store
Hours: Full-time – 40h
Salary: up to £32,000 + Bonus & Commission

Key Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
* Deliver exceptional client service across both sales and after-sales
* Maintain the highest standards of brand representation and product knowledge
* Act as a role model in client engagement, building long-term relationships and loyalty
* Develop personalised clienteling strategies to drive engagement and sales opportunities
About You
* Proven experience in luxury retail with a strong sales track record
* Passion for luxury jewellery, craftsmanship, and client experience
* Strong understanding of clienteling and high-end customer service
* Motivated, target-driven, and confident in a fast-paced luxury environment
* Previous experience within jewellery or luxury accessories is highly desirable
