We have an exciting opportunity for an Actuarial Analyst to join our With-Profits Production team, working with actuaries and other analysts across a number of our With-Profits funds.

The role
This is an ideal opportunity to develop and progress in a technical role whilst helping to ensure the fair treatment of our With-Profits policyholders. If you are interested in applying your excellent analytical and communication skills to help ensure the fair treatment of customers across our 22 with-profits funds, this may be the job for you.
You will be responsible for providing the necessary support for the With-Profits Actuaries to carry out their duties, focusing on delivering annual bonus rates, final bonus rates, surrender value factors, market value adjustments and other technical BAU work on time and to a high standard. You will also have opportunities to contribute to project and development work.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience of working in financial services, ideally in an analyst or similar technical role
* Ideally have a degree in actuarial science, mathematics or a related numerate discipline
* Be numerate and analytical with a questioning attitude and a desire to understand what’s going on behind the numbers
* Able to communicate technical messages in a way that’s easy for others to understand
* Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, and ready to apply your skills to new challenges
* A basic understanding of relevant actuarial technical concepts and With-Profits products would be a bonus
