What you'll be doing
· Delivering kind, respectful, person-centred care and supporting residents to live with dignity and choice
· Supporting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting), mobility, hydration and nutrition
· Helping at mealtimes and supporting residents throughout the day/night routine
· Keeping bedrooms and communal areas clean, safe, and comfortable
· Recording care accurately and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to a senior team member
· Working as part of a close team to maintain strong standards and a positive home environment
What we're looking for
· A warm, respectful approach and a genuine desire to support others
· Good attention to detail and willingness to follow care plans and guidance
· Reliability and a team-first attitude
· Experience is ideal but not essential — we provide a thorough induction and ongoing support
· Right to work in the UK — applicants must not require sponsorship now or in the future
