Are you an experienced Executive Assistant and immediately available for a minimum 2 month temporary contract? If so, we would love to hear from you!
Do you have experience of: -
Providing support as an Executive Assistant at director level
Coordinating diaries and workflows
Planning and coordinating meetings including board meetings and high level internal meetings
Minute taking for formal governance / board groups
Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
Public sector
Excellent administration skills with good written and verbal communication skills
Delivering tasks through to completion, using initiative within frameworks providedIf the answer is yes to the above send your CV or get in touch today!
