We have an opportunity for a Clinical Chair to join their team of staff in the Clinical Senior Management Team. This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to our head office in London, Cannon Street, 2-3 times per week and also work from home. Applicants should meet the following criteria: • Demonstrable experience of delivering ESG Strategies in complex, high profile assets and/or portfolios within a privately owned UK enterprise. • Possess a minimum of threeyearsof progressive leadership experience in sustainability and demonstrate an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience relevant to the position. • Demonstratable engagement with or direct experience in healthcare organisations showcasing a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics. • Exhibit a deep understanding of global sustainability trends and regulation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. • Proven track record of driving innovation, adept project management skills, and effective leadership in dynamic commercial environments with a focus on decarbonisation. • Strong communication skills, with experience in confidently engaging with senior leadership teams to convey complex ideas and influence strategic decisions. Duties of this role include: • Develop a comprehensive Sustainability Roadmap tailored to the specific needs and priorities of our Group. Utilising existing group materials and initiatives as a foundation, you will engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and garner support across the organisation. • Provide leadership in Sustainability across the organisation, including with the c-Suite and operational colleagues, fostering organisation-wide appreciate and commitment to Sustainability and ensuring efforts are effectively coordinated • Drive the establishment of an ESG data strategy, overseeing the implementation of a CHG ESG data dashboard and ensuring that key performance indicators are regularly updated and communicated to stakeholders at all levels. • Act as a primary liaison for ESG initiatives and decision-making processes, offering strategic guidance to the group’s operations. • Collaborate closely with the CHG Risk and Legal functions to identify and address significant business changes related to sustainability. You will develop tools and frameworks to effectively manage these changes and mitigate associated risks. • Elevate the visibility of sustainability initiatives both internally and externally, working closely with Corporate Communications and parent organisation This will involve representing the Group at relevant events and forums, showcasing our commitments and progress to stakeholders and industry peers.
