Senior Indirect Buyer - Europe

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Senior Indirect Buyer to lead sourcing and supplier strategies across the UK and Europe. You'll oversee a diverse range of indirect categories - including Marketing, MRO, IT, HR, Professional Services, and Logistics - driving cost savings, improving supplier performance, and shaping a five-year procurement strategy that delivers real value.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and global colleagues, you'll play a key role in achieving operational efficiency, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring alignment with international procurement goals.
What You'll Do
Lead strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives across multiple indirect categories.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure best value and service.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
Build strong relationships across the organisation and with key suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with global procurement teams to share best practice and align strategies.What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in indirect procurement, ideally across UK/EU operations.
Proven success in delivering cost savings and managing supplier relationships.
Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management experience.
Confident managing diverse procurement categories in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
CIPS qualification (or working towards it) preferred.You'll have the scope to make a real impact - leading European procurement strategy within a global business that values innovation, collaboration and results.
