Here at GXO Cullompton , ( EX15 3FA) ourwarehouse is open 24/7, therefore, were looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us working nights on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday Friday with the hours of 22:00 06:00 working 40 hours per week with paid breaks! Career development and progression What youll do on a typical day: Pick, scan, and prepare stock with precision using handheld technologykeeping everything moving quickly and accurately Build and check palletised orders, ensuring top-quality goods are ready for dispatch every time Maintain high standards with quality checks and careful handling so every delivery reaches customers in perfect condition Work as part of a safety-focused team, supporting loading, unloading, and keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous warehouse experience is xxuwjjq a bonus, with opportunities to use or gain FLT Counterbalance & Reach skills Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work every time Confident using (or willing to learn) mechanical handling equipment safely and effectively Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude Full training provided, with opportunities to upskill and develop MHE/FLT skills (with limited MHE duties each shift) We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
