Role Description
This full-time remote role, ideally based in Greater London with flexibility for remote work, focuses on ensuring customer success and satisfaction, within a technology business. The Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring product adoption and driving customer retention. Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, analysing customer feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value. This role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and a high-quality service experience.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in a customer success or account manager role with technology.
* Strong Analytical Skills to assess client data, feedback, and identify trends for improvement and growth opportunities.
* Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships with clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
* Prior experience in marketing compliance or a similar field is advantageous.
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
