The key duties involved in this role are:
* To provide brand experiences to Porsche Centre visitors (customer or prospect) by sharing unique insights about Porsche models, technologies, brand and history whilst utilising the showroom media in tech talks.
* Taking charge of the Masterclass programme which allows customers to come in for a 2nd handover for more information about their car
* First point of contact; to qualify and engage with the customer by presenting new products or technologies without sales pressure and carry out initial needs analysis to find out their interests and specific preferences. Feature, function and Benefit to assist with option sales.
* To execute test drives and provide a detailed handover of the customer to the Sales Executive.
* To stay up to date on products, technologies to provide the depth of knowledge required for customers and colleagues, as well as staying up to date on competitor products and technologies.
* To keep the showroom attractive for all visitors ensuring all interactive screens are on and supporting the sales support where required with the showroom layout.
* To act as a Product Expert and support Sales Executives with more niche or specific customer questions. Keep up to date with Porsche Forums and latest releases.
* To collaborate with Marketing to provide content for Social Media.
* To conduct product and technology training for interested employees and new members of staff.
* To become an Electric Vehicle Specialist with the charging and usability in the day to day usability of the vehicle.
