Our client, a well-established and independently owned firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tonbridge.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube and STREET software
* Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
* Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service
* Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance
* Conduct routine property visits and site inspections
* Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation
👤 The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A solid track record in residential property management
* Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
* Experience in people or contractor management
* ARLA or NFOPP qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
* A full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area
* Experience with STREET and/or Qube software (preferred but not essential)
