TheHRAdministratorwillassistwiththeonboardingofnewstarterswhichmayincludethecreationofstarterpacks,assistingwithnewstarterinductions,processreferencesandensurestaffrecordsareuptodateforbothnewandexistingstaff,maintainingtheHRdatabase. TheHRAdministratorwillberesponsibleformanagingtheHRinboxrespondingtoqueriesefficientlyandproactively,andwillassistwithproductionofreportsfromtheHRsystemasandwhenrequiredandwillassistwithallrecordkeepingrelatingtoCISIandemployeecertification. TheHRAdministratorwillsupporttheemployeebenefitsprocesswhichmayincludeupdatingandcheckingpayrollrelatedinformationandmaintainingbenefitsmembershiplists. TheCandidate: Atleast 1 year experienceworkingwithinaHRsettingorasa HRadministrator. DesiretoworkwithintheFinancialServicesenvironmentandanunderstandingofaregulatoryenvironment. ExperiencewithHRsystemsandMicrosoftOfficeSuite. Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
