This role is perfect for recent graduates eager to gain valuable experience in early years education and make a positive impact on young children's lives.
Key Responsibilities for the Early Years and Childhood Studies Graduate in Werneth, OL8:
• Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for young children
• Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills
• Work closely with early years practitioners to support individual learning needs
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements for the Early Years and Childhood Studies Graduate in Werneth, OL8:
• A degree in Early Years, Childhood Studies, or a related field
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a new one
• Previous experience in an early years setting is essential
