Job title: Male Day Support Worker Location: Milton Keynes - Tattenhoe Salary: £12.82 per hour Role: 42 hours per week Shifts: 7am-2pm & 2pm-9pm on a rota basis with alternate weekend working, must be flexible to work across all shifts You must have 12 months experience within a care environment supporting those with Autism and behaviours that may be described as challenging due to this being a challenging emvironment PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT OPEN TO SPONSORSHIP We are an award-winning organisation, and we are also an Investors in People accredited organisation, so you can be sure we will offer support and guidance during your career with us. About the service Howe Park set in lovely rural location provides a step-down service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism & behaviour which may be described as challenging. Each individual is provided with their own flat alongside access to the internal and external communal spaces. It balances the opportunity for independence development with social integration.
