Senior Azure Integration Engineer (AI / API / .NET)
Birmingham or London - Flexible Hybrid 2-3 days per week
£60,000 to £70,000 + 10% bonus + excellent benefits
This is not a traditional integration role.

We are supporting a leading wealth management organisation investing heavily in Azure and AI, with a clear focus on building and operationalising AI capabilities across its platforms.
This role will play a central part in that strategy.
The Opportunity
You will design, build and operate integration and AI-enabled services that underpin digital products, automation and AI-driven workflows.
This includes working hands-on with Azure AI Foundry to design, integrate and operationalise AI models and services, ensuring they are production-ready, scalable and secure.
You will work closely with business teams, engineers and product owners to translate real-world challenges into robust integration and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and build API-led and event-driven integrations
* Develop secure APIs using Azure API Management
* Build integration services using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
* Design and implement event-driven patterns using Azure Service Bus
* Integrate and operationalise AI services and models within production systems
* Expose AI capabilities through APIs and serverless components
* Collaborate with teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions
* Define and contribute to integration and AI standards
What We Are Looking For
* Strong experience with C# and .NET API development
* Experience designing Azure integration solutions
* Strong understanding of event-driven architecture
* Hands-on experience integrating and operationalising AI services
* Experience with Azure AI Foundry, ML platforms or AI APIs
* Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps and API Management
* Strong ownership mindset and delivery capability
