**Your Role: **
In the role of Senior Barber/Branch Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our barbershop. You will utilize your expert barbering skills to provide precision haircuts, classic shaves, and contemporary styling that leave clients feeling rejuvenated and confident. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Lead and Inspire: As the leader of our talented team of barbers, you will mentor and guide them, encouraging professional growth while fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Create a Welcoming Environment: You will cultivate a positive atmosphere that resonates with clients and staff alike, making every visit to our shop a delightful experience.
- Operational Excellence: Youll manage inventory levels, ensure the shop is impeccably clean, and consistently uphold our high standards of service, all while building lasting relationships with our clientele.
**Qualifications: **
- Proven experience as a barber (4 years minimum), showcasing a strong portfolio of your work.
- Prior management experience is a plus (1-year minimum), as it will enhance your ability to lead the team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members alike.
- A deep passion for the grooming industry, with a desire to stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
