PMO Analyst - Finance
Worcester-based with a balance of home and office working
Salary: £38,761 - £40,801 per year

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Portfolio Analyst to join our PMO team in Worcester. As a key part of the Technology delivery team, the PMO works closely with all technology teams. This role sits within the Technology Change team, responsible for delivering technology capabilities within Sanctuary Group to ensure employees have access to necessary systems.
The Portfolio Analyst will assist with the effective delivery of Portfolio services for Financial Management. If you are analytical, enjoy problem solving, and have attention to detail, this may be the role for you.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing high-quality assurance and support for programmes, projects, and RUN activities.
2. Supporting the development and maintenance of tools and best practice processes for effective portfolio delivery and coordination.
3. Providing management information and analysis on the Technology Portfolio and specific projects.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders within Technology and the wider Sanctuary Group.
5. Supporting planning and resource management to achieve strategic objectives.
Skills and Experience:
1. Degree, management qualification, or relevant professional qualification.
2. Recent experience in a similar role.
3. Proven experience managing portfolios, including medium to large projects.
4. Knowledge of producing progress reports and management information.
5. Strong organisational, project management, and planning skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; familiarity with Visio, Project, and Teams.
