Joiner – Social Housing (Voids)
Rochdale and Surrounding Areas
£22.00 per hour | Immediate Start | 3+ Months Work
Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is looking to recruit an experienced Joiner for ongoing work across Rochdale and surrounding areas.
This is a long-term temporary opportunity working on void properties carrying out refurbishment and PPM work
Joiner Duties Include:
Fitting windows and doors
Installing skirting boards and architraves
General joinery repairs and maintenance
Working void social housing properties
Completing all aspects of domestic joinery work
Joiner Requirements:
Previous experience as a Joiner
Social housing or domestic maintenance experience preferred
Own tools and vehicle required
Ability to work independently and manage workload
