Key Responsibilities Manage the full customer journey, from initial inquiries to resolving any issues with professionalism and care. Schedule bookings and organise vehicle collections and returns efficiently. Deliver prompt, accurate communication to customers and insurers. Maintain customer records and build lasting client relationships. Keep systems and online portals updated with accurate information. Handle inbound and outbound phone and email inquiries.
