Office Administrator | Specialist Contractor | East Belfast
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5.00pm | Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a varied and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain up-to-date employee files, ensuring all documentation is complete, particularly for employees on work visas.
* Respond to staff queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Prepare and maintain monthly payroll spreadsheets – recording hours, deductions, annual leave, and sick leave before submission for processing.
* Organise staff travel and training arrangements.
* Manage the ordering of office stationery and supplies.
* Provide general administrative support as required within a busy office environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced office environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Confident using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
