Job Title: Head of Transformation
Location: Aston Clinton Office-based, 5 days/week
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary: Up to £100,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Team Size: 4 Direct Reports Lead Project Manager, Optimisation Manager, Health & Safety Manager, Facilities Manager

Role Overview

Were looking for an exceptional Head of Transformation to lead strategic change and operational improvement across the business. Working as a trusted partner to the COO, this role goes beyond traditional PMO boundaries it's hands-on, high-impact, and crucial to our growth trajectory.

Youll be responsible for shaping and delivering transformation programmes, embedding structured governance, and creating a culture of high performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across multiple business areas

2. Establish and embed governance and delivery frameworks to ensure project success

3. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

4. Develop operational strategies that align with commercial and business goals

5. Manage competing priorities and ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration
