As a Cover Supervisor, you ll be responsible for delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of teaching staff, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
* A confident, reliable individual with a passion for education
* Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* A flexible and proactive attitude
