Salary: £24,500 base + average bonus of £7,200 a year (cha-ching!)
Location: Working from the comfort of your own home - Remote - UK Mainland Only
Mon-Thurs: 10:30-19:00 | Fri: 09:00-17:30 | Weekends are sacred (aka, OFF!)

We're Domestic & General, the team behind the scenes making sure nearly 9 million UK customers never have to panic when their appliances become faulty. Right now, we're looking for confident, energetic, and target-loving, natural born sellers to join our Outbound Customer Sales team.
What you'll be getting up to (aka your daily dose of sales greatness):
* Calling up 150-200 customers a day to chat about renewing or upgrading their appliance cover - think of it as helping them avoid future appliance drama!
* Using your sales superpowers to build trust, uncover what they need, and match them with the perfect protection plan.
* Exceeding targets and thriving in a buzzing, high-energy sales squad.
* Always keeping the customer at the heart of what you do - while still chasing those wins!

What You Need to Bring:
* At least 1 year of consistent targeted sales experience in the past 3 years - telesales legends, this is your time, whether that's outbound, B2C, B2B, D2D or cold-calling sales.
* An unstoppable drive to crush your goals and earn those juicy bonuses.
* A can-do attitude with a love for structure, hustle, and working from home in your own space
* Confidence, resilience, and the ability to keep smiling through the "no's" until you get that sweet "yes".
