The team advises developers, landowners, and major housebuilders across the full lifecycle of residential projects, handling sophisticated, high-value work with real commercial stakes.

The Work
You'll advise developer clients across the complete project lifecycle:
* Strategic site acquisitions and disposals
* Conditional contracts, options, and promotion agreements
* Planning and Section 106 negotiations
* Infrastructure and utilities agreements
* Plot sales and ongoing site disposals
* Work closely with partners on significant matters while building your own portfolio
* Develop direct client relationships with regional developers and landowners
This is hands‑on transactional work where you'll see projects through from land assembly to first occupation, real involvement, real impact.
About You
* 2-6 PQE in residential development or residential property with relevant exposure
* Strong commercial awareness and proactive approach to progressing matters
* Clear, confident communicator with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
* Comfortable managing deadlines, competing priorities, and multiple transactions
* Collaborative mindset with willingness to mentor junior lawyers (for more senior candidates)
