Job Description
As the Quality Engineer your duties will include:
* Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures.
* Identifying and resolving product and production non-compliance issues.
* Monitoring production processes and product quality to identify areas of improvement.
* Participate in internal and external quality audits.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality in design and manufacturing.
* Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics.
* Train and guide staff on new processes and compliance procedures.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Quality Engineer should have:
* Previously worked in a similar Quality Engineer position in manufacturing - ESSENTIAL
* Worked in the aerospace sector to AS9100 standards - ESSENTIAL
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
* Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies - ESSENTIAL
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve complex issues - ESSENTIAL
