Duties of the Vehicle Technician:
6. Carry out complex diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle models in line with manufacturer standards
7. Perform routine services such as fluid changes, brakes, and tyre rotations
8. Mentor junior technicians and foster a team-based approach
9. Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the workshop
10. Maintain a clean and organised work environment
11. Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding repair work and recommendations
Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:
12. Extensive experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with prior dealership experience
13. Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
14. Proficiency with diagnostic tools and manufacturer-specific systems
15. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
16. Flexible attitude with a willingness to work different shifts including early starts or late finishes
17. Valid UK driving license
