Job Title: Content & Community Executive

Location: Remote

Type: Part-Time (25hrs per week)

Pay: £30k pro-rata

Start Date: Immediate Start

Term: 3-month initial engagement, with scope to go permanent


About Zourra

Zourra is a premium wellness brand for women navigating peri-menopause and menopause by combining science, elevated design, and community to support an under-served life stage. We're pre-launch, bootstrapped, and building a high-intent waitlist and a scalable, conversion-driven growth engine from zero.


The Role

This is a hands-on execution role sitting alongside our Head of Growth. They set the strategy, messaging, and channel priorities while you bring it to life daily across content and community.


You'll be the voice of Zourra in the spaces our audience already lives in: menopause and peri-menopause Facebook groups, Reddit threads, Instagram, TikTok, and our own social channels. You'll also produce the steady stream of short-form content that keeps those channels alive.


This role suits someone who genuinely cares about women's health, writes in a warm and credible voice, and is comfortable showing up in communities as a real human and not a brand account broadcasting at people.


What We’re Looking For

Full-stack operator. Commercially obsessed individual who thinks in CAC, conversion, revenue. Scrappy: builds, launches, posts, replies, and ships daily. Comfortable being the only marketer in the room and building the team around you as traction emerges.


What You'll Own

Community Engagement Show up authentically in 5–10 core menopause and peri-menopause communities across Facebook groups and Reddit. Answer questions, share useful context, spot conversations Zourra should be part of, and flag emerging themes back to the team. Build relationships, not reach.

Social Media Management Run Zourra's Instagram, TikTok, and other owned channels day-to-day. Schedule posts, write captions in brand voice, engage with comments and DMs, and keep the content calendar moving.

Content Production Produce short-form content against briefs from the Head of Growth: captions, carousels, simple Reels/TikToks, UGC-style clips, community posts, and email snippets. Coordinate with freelance designers and editors when heavier production is needed.

Listening & Reporting Track what resonates i.e. which posts, hooks, and community threads drive engagement or opt-ins. Share a simple weekly summary: what you saw, what worked, what the audience is talking about.


About You

Essential

· 2–4 years in social media, community, or content roles and ideally DTC, wellness, beauty, or women's health

· Strong writer in a warm, credible, non-salesy voice

· Comfortable producing short-form content end-to-end (shoot, edit, caption, post) using tools like CapCut, Canva, and native platform editors

· Experienced running Instagram and TikTok for a brand

· Genuinely engaged in community spaces — knows how Facebook groups and Reddit work, and what gets you welcomed vs. removed


Highly Desirable

· Personal interest or lived experience in women's health, peri-menopause, or menopause

· Experience with UGC coordination or working with creators

· Klaviyo, Later, Notion, or similar workflow tools

· Pre-launch or early-stage startup experience


Success in Your First 90 Days

· Active, trusted presence established in 5+ core menopause communities

· Consistent posting rhythm on Instagram and TikTok with measurable engagement growth

· A reliable weekly content output that the Head of Growth can depend on

· Clear feedback loop: what the audience is asking, saying, and responding to
