What you'll be doing: Marketing Automation Building email campaigns that get opened, clicked, and loved — via HubSpot & Intercom Creating automated workflows for lead nurturing, segmentation, and re-engagement Implementing lead scoring to support a high-performing sales team Keeping the CRM clean, structured, and working like a well-oiled machine Reporting on campaign performance with dashboards that actually get used Managing newsletters and keeping them fresh and consistent Paid Media Owning and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Managing budgets, bids, targeting, and creative testing to drive high-quality leads A/B testing ad copy, creatives, and landing pages for continuous improvement Refining tracking setups (UTMs, GTM, attribution) so performance is crystal clear ✅ What we’re looking for: 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and automation Proven success managing and scaling paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms Advanced HubSpot skills — particularly around workflows, segmentation, and email automation Comfortable working with GTM, UTM tracking, attribution, and campaign analysis Experience running A/B tests and optimising campaigns for conversion
