Accounts Payable Admin
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Admin to join the team at their office in Swanley.
Duties
* Input invoices accurately
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
* Recording & reconciliation of credit card's
* Resolve query transactions
* Regular contact with internal stakeholders.
* Reconciliation and maintenance of multiple ledgers
* Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required
Requirements:
* Experience in an Accounts Payable position
* Strong communication skills
Salary additional information:
* 27,000 - 30,000
* Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office
