Job Description:
Temporary Pastoral/Send Administrator. Immediate start!! Worsley. 4 Weeks.
8am – 4pm Mon-Fri, £13-14 per hour DOE.
Our client is looking for a temporary Pastoral/SEND Administrator to support the current SENCO. Previous experience in a school and a full understanding of SEND processes and procedures including EHCP paperwork is essential. You must also have an enhanced DBS in place to be considered.
Duties:
1. Manage and process fixed term suspensions within the school and local authority
2. Arranging meetings with parents, staff and external professionals
3. Initiating EHCP paperwork using the HUB and liaising with local authorities
4. Managing the SEND inbox
5. Arranging and coordinating EHCP review meetings
6. Pre filling EHCP request forms
7. Minute taking
8. General administration tasks
