Architect
Location: Northampton
Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)

I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded architectural practice seeking an experienced Architect to join their team in Northampton. The practice has a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and public sector projects and is known for its client-focused approach and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to final delivery
* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and team members
* Produce high-quality design and technical drawings
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
* Qualified Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
* ARB registered
* Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Proficient in Revit (essential)
* Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
* Must be based within commuting distance of Northampton
